I work where slowness is welcome.
Where structure softens into intuition.
My practice is rooted in an interdisciplinary ground:
from pedagogy and social work to somatic care,
from the analytical to the intuitive.
It emerged in the space between speaking and silence,
between the precision of writing and the wisdom of the body—
Pace of Space, attuned both personally and systemically.
My path is anything but linear, and you’ll sense that.
Lately, I find joy in the everyday:
reading books on my city terrace, experimenting with herbs,
wandering with my son, and practicing the art of pausing.
You might also find me in Asker, near Oslo—
that’s where my beloved lives (no, he’s not Norwegian).
I'm also actively deepening my training,
which I consider a vital part of keeping my work current and alive.
